The Crescent Head water towers carry a mural by Kempsey Aboriginal artist Milton Budge, created in 1989. It was the second of two murals he was commissioned to create in the Kempsey region. The towers sit high on Skyline Crescent, so visitors get a sweeping view down the Crescent Head coastline as well as the artwork. It’s a short, easy stop that pairs local Aboriginal art with one of the best views in the village.
