The Bush Kitchen makes wood-fired pizza in a leafy bush setting just outside Crescent Head on Point Plomer Road. The dough uses stone-milled whole-wheat flour and is hand-stretched the traditional Italian way. Toppings use fresh produce from the kitchen’s own garden and local suppliers. It’s a good dinner stop on the way back from the beaches and campgrounds south of the village.
